These Terms & Conditions describe the general conditions applicable to travel enquiries, quotations, bookings, and services arranged through AMG Travel & Tours, based in Lahore, Pakistan.

By requesting or purchasing a service, you acknowledge the applicable booking terms, supplier conditions, and information communicated to you before confirmation. Where a specific quotation or written booking agreement differs from these general terms, the agreed service-specific conditions will apply to the extent permitted by law.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and the relevant cancellation and refund policies.

AMG Travel & Tours provides assistance with domestic and international flight tickets, Umrah packages, visa applications, hotel reservations, domestic and international tours, travel insurance, and related travel arrangements.

Services may be provided directly by AMG or fulfilled through airlines, accommodation providers, transport operators, insurers, visa-processing partners, and other independent suppliers.

Service descriptions, inclusions, availability, and prices may differ depending on the selected product, destination, supplier, and travel dates.

Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not by itself create a confirmed reservation or guarantee availability.

Prices and availability may change until the relevant booking has been completed and confirmed. A booking should be considered confirmed only when AMG or the relevant supplier issues the appropriate confirmation, booking reference, ticket, or other required documentation.

Customers should carefully review passenger details, travel dates, destinations, service inclusions, and quoted conditions before approving a booking.

Payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, cheque, or card payment where supported and confirmed by AMG.

The required payment amount, due date, currency, and any applicable charges will be communicated as part of the booking process. A booking or ticket may not be issued until the required payment has been received and verified.

Airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, and supplier charges may change before confirmation. Additional charges may apply for amendments, cancellations, special requests, or supplier-imposed services.

Customers should use only payment instructions confirmed through AMG's official communication channels.

Flight bookings and tickets are subject to the operating airline's rules, fare conditions, baggage allowances, check-in requirements, and applicable government regulations.

Passenger names and travel details must match the required identification and travel documents. Name corrections or itinerary changes may be restricted or subject to airline approval and additional charges.

Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft, routes, baggage rules, or operating arrangements. Any resulting rebooking, cancellation, or refund request will be assessed according to the applicable airline rules and passenger rights.

AMG's website currently supports flight enquiries. Live airline booking and automated ticket issuance will be introduced only when the relevant integrations become operational.

Umrah package inclusions depend on the specific offer and may include flights, accommodation, transport, and additional arrangements stated in the quotation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the package itinerary, hotel category, room-sharing arrangements, transport details, and any excluded services before confirmation.

Travel requirements, visa conditions, health rules, and entry restrictions are determined by the relevant authorities and may change. Package adjustments or additional costs may arise from supplier or regulatory changes, subject to the agreed booking conditions.

No specific hotel, flight, or other package component should be treated as guaranteed unless confirmed in the final booking documentation.

AMG may assist customers with visa application information, documentation preparation, and submission procedures where such services are offered.

Visa issuance, approval, validity, and entry permission are controlled by the relevant government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or authorized processing body. AMG cannot guarantee a successful application or admission into a destination.

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and authentic documents and meet the applicable passport, visa, health, and entry requirements.

Visa-processing and third-party fees may remain payable even if an application is refused, withdrawn, or delayed, depending on the agreed conditions.

Hotel reservations, tours, ground transport, and other travel services are subject to supplier availability, property rules, schedules, and confirmed package inclusions.

Check-in and check-out times, room configurations, cancellation deadlines, and special requests are determined by the relevant supplier unless otherwise agreed.

Travel insurance benefits, exclusions, and claims are governed by the policy wording and conditions of the relevant insurer.

Requests to modify or cancel a booking should be communicated to AMG as soon as possible, together with the relevant booking reference and passenger details.

Whether a change or cancellation is permitted depends on the applicable fare rules, supplier conditions, booking status, and service agreement.

Airline penalties, supplier fees, fare differences, and any agreed AMG service charges may apply. Some tickets, reservations, or services may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable airline, supplier, fare or package conditions, and relevant legal requirements.

Refund processing may involve third-party approval and payment processing. AMG cannot guarantee a fixed refund completion time where the process depends on another provider.

Any applicable deductions, non-refundable fees, or service charges will be assessed according to the agreed booking conditions and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger and contact information, reviewing booking documents, and notifying AMG promptly of any discrepancies.

Travelers must ensure they possess valid passports, visas, permits, identification, and other documents required for their journey.

Customers should verify applicable check-in deadlines, baggage allowances, transit requirements, destination regulations, and any relevant health or security requirements.

Failure to meet airline or government requirements may result in denied boarding, refused entry, additional expenses, or cancellation, subject to the applicable rules.

Certain travel services are performed by independent suppliers. Their own conditions may apply to reservations, service delivery, delays, cancellations, and complaints.

Events such as severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, security incidents, and other circumstances beyond a party's reasonable control may affect travel arrangements.

AMG will seek to assist customers with relevant information and available options, but the allocation of responsibility and any remedies will depend on the circumstances, applicable agreements, and law.

Information published on this website is intended to describe AMG's services and provide general travel guidance. It should not be treated as a guarantee of fare availability, visa approval, or confirmed travel arrangements.

Customers must not misuse website forms, submit false booking information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website security.

Some website, customer application, business portal, payment, and automated ticketing features may be under development and should not be assumed available until expressly launched.

AMG may collect and process personal information required to respond to enquiries and arrange requested travel services.

Relevant information may need to be shared with airlines, hotels, visa-processing partners, and other providers involved in delivering the service.

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws of Pakistan and any mandatory rights or protections that apply to the relevant travel service.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

AMG may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, supplier arrangements, technology, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page. Conditions already agreed for a confirmed booking remain subject to the applicable booking agreement and law.
